Who we are
PT Asia Trading and Investment ("we") is a trading company based at Griya Upakara, 3rd Floor, Unit 3A, Jl. Cikini IV No. 10, Menteng, Central Jakarta 10330, Indonesia. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
What we collect
When you send a request through the form on our website, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred way to be contacted, and the details of your request and message.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes and arrange samples or orders.
- To contact you about that request by the method you chose.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it for us
Your request is delivered to our inbox by email. We use Resend to send these emails and our website is hosted by Vercel; these providers process the data only to deliver that service. Their servers may be located outside Indonesia.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email contact@asiatrade.id and we will reply as soon as we can.
